There's no Trinoc this year (NJo Trinoc Ever Again, it seems) so my mid-summer is open again.
There are two comic shows in your area that may be right up your alley:
1. The Emerald City ComiCon ( http://www.emeraldcitycomicon.com/ ), which is held every April in Seattle -- by the looks of it, it's the biggest show in the Pacific Northwest. Unfortunately, they had it last weekend (4/4-5), but there's always next year (if you're still there).
2. The Stumptown Comics Fest ( http://www.stumptowncomics.com/ ), held also every April in Portland -- smaller than the Seattle show, but also drawa alot of fans and pros. It's next weekend (4/17-19), so if you are able, check it out. (Personally, I would like to go there next year -- I'll be in Quebec City and Montreal on vacation, beginning Sunday.)
