The good news. The phone and this months bill is totally paid off as of today.
The bad news - I've yet to see my raise in my paycheck. I was supposed to get it on the check issued September 23. I didn't get it then, I didn't get it on the 30th. When asked all I got was "the paperwork is being processed."
If my raise goes into effect on my last week, or even last DAYS there, I'm going to consider that a SERIOUS "fuck you, we're going to hold onto our money as long as we can" and FormerlyAwesomeJob won't have me back, PERIOD. The only way they'll keep me is if I get back pay from the 23rd. I'm already out rent because of this.
