i grew up ... in a little place called Pumpkin Hollow, not far from Disappearing Lake, which dries up and refills whenever it likes, with no apparent connection to the precipitation pattern. I always get the feeling that Someone is watching and knows that you're there. A part of me died when I last visited and saw that people were starting to build homes down in the hollow.
