I suppose as long as descent is heading into Madness and not "descent" into Womanhood, it's good, but there could be some unfortunate misreads.

"One Guy's Descent"? Still makes it clear what happened, but doesn't use the word "man". Alternatively, "One Gamer's Descent"? "My Descent"?

Adding a sub-subtitle of "OMG I HAVE BOOBS NOW" would be my personal choice. :)

Hmmm...on one hand, "Guy" works REALLY well. On the other hand, "OMG I HAVE BOOBS NOW" is a recurring theme in my life. ;)
