We have entered the time when all will turn against us and seek our lives...

I've lost all my EMail since the 8th. If you've Emailed me since then, please resend it.

In other news, Windows Media Player not only sucks, but owes me money. And also all my mail is now stored on my local backups.

Shin news: The wound is now a black ring instead of completely black. It no longer hurts, nothing around it is read, and the graphite has stopped leeching into the bandaid. Only now, it aches if I press on it. And it aches in a "there's something in my leg" way.

I've decided when and if I eve get enough money to see Dr. Chase again, I'll have it removed.

The entire leg? That seems drastic.

"If thine eye offend thee, pluck it out." I figure this way I can get a "leg up" on the competition. ;) Sorry, I'm just pulling your "leg."

HAH! I need to go to bed.....

Graphite will eventually dissolve. It's extremely soft, and just your everyday movement will eventually wear down.

But, it probably will leave a 20-30 year "tattoo" in that area if it's left there for more than a few days. It'll fade pretty quickly, but i've got a few graphite marks on my legs that have been there for more than 10 years. :)

I'm not generally one to say things like this, but I'd get a sterlized box cutter or exacto knife and some tweezers and do it myself if it's not too deep beneath the skin.

Too deep for tweezers. And for trying to get it out - http://www.livejournal.com/users/jenndolari/623595.html#cutid1

Oh, fiddle-dee-dee

20-30 years? My features won't be perfect till I'm 50 or 60?! How ever will I get a suitor now? :)

A few marks? Howdja manage that? I've been lucky that this has only happened one other time, but it was immediately taken out a few hours later at a doctor's office.
