Okay, that Doctor Who Season 2 (or whatever number they're using these days) premiere? THAT'S what I want from Dr. Who. I was never a fan of the fairytale aspect from last season, and I'm loved this more sci-fi episode.

Thoughts Before Bed

One of the most hard hitting plot twists in gaming for me is Caroline's horrifying fate in what's otherwise a fun comedic game, Portal 2.

Switch 2 is coming out, and for the first time since the Nintendo DSi XL, I'm not buying it on Day 1.

I always bought new hardware and revisions on Day 1 because I considered them a business expense working at Nintendo. I stopped buying revisions when Nintendo Switch Lite was released because I already had a Switch and I knew I'd be leaving soon.

It's no longer a business expense for me. And now it follows all the other rules of my video game buying - five games I want before I buy new hardware. Switch 2 could be a while.

What a wierd feeling.

You know. There IS a portion of the Oregon Trail that is sitting inside the one safe state for being trans right now, and that's Oregon itself.

I may do at least that portion of the trip, either on a long weekend or take a week off to do it. One day to the start point, one day of the trail, one day to drive back.

Proof doesn't matter if no one bothers to prosecute. We KNOW they're lying. It's the consequences to that that are missing.

The very first Indian restaurant I ever went to back in the 90s, had chutneys sitting at the table. Two were the usual ones, which I still see all the time: Mint and Tamarind. But they had a third one I've never seen anywhere else.

AFTER ALMOST THIRTY YEARS I FOUND IT! It's not a tomato chutney like I thought it was, which is why I could never find it. It's an ONION Chutney. I've always wanted a qipao. I thitnk they're beautiful. But they don't make them in sizes that fit me, and even if they did, I don't have a body shape that would look good in one.
