On January 11th, 2008, at 3PM, EmilyDM, of British Columbia, Canada, waded into the Gulf of Mexico, and proclaimed, in the middle if winter, "It's warm like soup."

I did that one year in the ocean at Victoria BC for the New Years day Polar Bear swim. I commented on the frikkin cold water in a very high pitched voice!
