Mar. 17th, 2008 01:31 pmThe only problem I'd been having with the sleep shifting was that I never felt rested, and my stomach began giving me problems. The last two days, though, I gave myself an 8 hour sleep (and in fact a 9 hour one), for the weekend - and while I feel rested, if anything, my stomach feels worse, and actually has started feeling painful.
I'm beginning to wonder if I have a stomach virus, not sleep-reduced-stomach-pains.
Anyways, back at work again, I'm a little TOO well rested - I'm hoping I can get in the 5-9 sleep for tonight, or the four hours of sleep I'll get at work will Totally Zombify Me.
I got my Playstation emulator working again! WOO! Dean - any chance I could get images of DOOM PSX from you? I can't seem to find my copy!
(Any other PS1 images you care to send along are greatly appreciated ;) )

I have heard plain yogurt can be good for keeping the digestive system in biotic balance, but I'm not sure if that applies here.
