dolariOh, yeah, there's an 80th episode of Trek, isn't there - the pilot. Adn there's a character in the pilot I totally totally love, Number One - Majel Barrett's cool, efficient and powerful First Officer.
I love strong women in stories. Ivanova, Delenn, Lochley, Sarah Jane, Ace, Han'a. Wish we'd had more of Number One and her crazy, yet stylish, 60s hair style.

How about a fun, arty meme? Create a self-portrait and show it off on LJ! Draw it with pencils and scan it in, do it in MS Paint, or get jiggy with Photoshop or some other fancy program -- it's up to you! The portraits shouldn't take more than an hour, I know you're all busy people!
Here's mine. I drew it back in January for a Closetspace filler (the one with Emily in a bunny suit). It's a super idealized version of myself (-150 or so pounds) but it's kinda sorta me. Maybe me in 1990, even though I hadn't figured out to style my hair then. No excuses - Super Idealized Me.
You don't want to see a portrait of me as I am now - we've all seen Jabba in Return of the Jedi.
