Jul. 16th, 2008 09:01 amLast night, I had a full blown body rebellion. I ate very little that night, had some really bad milk (ptooey, sour), and not much else. About 2AM I started working on a special project for Emily in Second Life...and screetched to a halt at 2:45.
I hate having to do that every night. Just as the creative juices start really flowing cause I'm a night creature, I have to slam on the brakes in order to get at least 4 hours of sleep for my morning job.
And last night, my body was just not having it.
I ended up tossing and turning in bed while I argued with my body about "energy." It kept yelling at me, saying "You're always wanting to go ride a bike - I'm ready! Let's GO!" and "I'M FEELING CREATIVE! LET'S WRITE! You've been needing to finish your Wishworld chapter! I'm ready, let's go go go go go!"
Total sleep recieved: 1 hour. I shoulda just stayed up and taken a bike ride or written my chapter.
You know what I'm craving right now? I'm really craving a fried egg on toast, waffles and sausage. You know, part of a complete breakfast.
::drinks my wake-up Coke instead::

Date: 2008-07-17 12:02 am (UTC)I just watched an episode of "Northern Exposure" called "Midnight Sun". In it, the town's doctor is hyper due to lack of sleep. Could this be the case for you?
