Turns out I was 6 minutes late to work, but they were okay with it. There's no real blackmark if the bus runs late as long as you call in before your shift starts with your positioon and ETA.

Still gonna take an earlier bus, though....

Some buses I suggest going 2 buses early, because traffic or a simply slow bus can get in the way of being to work on time. I'm not sure of traffic on that route, and with buses 1/2 hour apart, yeah, going one bus early is about all you can do. Also, next week you may or may not want to be aware of the route change:
