I haven't even started Day 2 of work, but I'm already feeling the effects of burnout. Not from the job or the calls - The Big M rocks, and the calls are easy. But from the realization that after 12 years of answering phones I'm still an entry level phone monkey that hasn't really gone anywhere in my career.
