dolariIt's official - Closetspace is KICKING my ass. The Twenty Years in the future segment is leaving me very unhappy in the way the characters look, the backgrounds. To me, it just bites...When I drew up a few pictures of the girls twenty years in the past, they came out beautifully, and flowed from the pencils. But the 40 year old segment is hard to draw, tought to ink, hard to color. Oof...it just DOESN'T want to be drawn.
To hell with it - I've made my bed and now I gotta sleep in it. Good or not, Episode 2 NEEDS to be done soon. Pushing all this back to Wednesday is gonna hurt come Sunday when I need to have Episode #14 of AWFW and Episode #3 of Closetspace done.
Yuck.
However, I'm noticing a few changes here and there. I drew a wonderful picture of Carrie and Heidi hugging that was compeltely freehand. None of the ball-and-stick method I use for drawing (stop snickering you gutterminded people). It's late, I need a shower, but I NEED To finish this tomorrow, wether I like it or not. I can't afford to push it back anyfarther.
I'm also completely hooked on Totally Spies. Which frightens me...especially since I found out it's NOT Japanese....it's FRENCH.
That makes two French cartoons I like - Totally Spies and Spartacus and the Sun Beneath the Sea (Before iw as laid off at Dell, I was seriously tempted to buy the French DVDs of the series...I miss that show dearly).
