I have never walked out of a grocery store in disgust over the prices until today. Didn't have hardly anything I needed, what they did have was too expensive and too much (I need two lbs of potatoes, not a bag of six lbs).
Do you think that the reason things are too expensive is BECAUSE there's too much? Maybe you should enter into cahoots with someone with a similar problem and buy bulk so it's cheaper, and divvy so the quantity is manageable?
My sister has done this with a neighbor, and while it takes some getting used to, it DOES work.
