dolariWell, Livejournal decided it wouldn't let me update yesterday, so, again, DOUBLE WHAMMY!
MONDAY
Not really much to Monday. Basically I woke up (later than I wanted to) cleaned up the house a bit...did laundry.... When the folks got home, I had done quite a bit. So I sat down and drew, and I took my time, something I hadn't been able to do in a LONG while. Got three panels of AWFW #18 done...in all, a fairly quiet day.
TUESDAY
Woke up later than I wanted to, again - I need a clock in the room...and a computer displaying a clock seems like overkill. I woke up, got a shower, cleaned up a bit more when Erin and Marca came in...I forgot today was their day off. Erin went to bed, and MArca and I went grocery shopping and restocked the bunker. If nuclear armageddon breaks out, we're all set. Once back, I drew the next two panel of AWFW #18 (one is a repeat) and two panels of Closetspace (One is a repeat there, too).
Hadn't played Uno in a LONG time, not since I was a little one....
Then my mood began to funkify...a topic came up that hitds me real close to home. We all have the cards we're dealt...the hand I was dealt has The Official Rules on it. The card another person has is a fullhouse. Problem is, she's playing Go Fish...and I'm playing poker. I'm still a bit funkified.
If we must play the hand we're dealt, I'd prolly just fold. Thankfully, the last few days, I've managed to sneak a new card in my deck...one I'm hoping will tip my hand, at least in the right direction.
