I'm noticing that I am binge eating and gaining weight.

I'm not taking this well.

I've gone from insane jealousy to out and out depression and ahtred towards the Universe in general.

Do you have insurance that woudl cover a counselor? Can you get away for awhile and go to see a friend you can talk to? Maybe a weekend away where you can talk would help some.

Its natural to feel a bit envious, but sometimes talking stuff out will help with the side effects (binging, etc..)
