Those numbers kinda/sorta mirror my husband's, so I can kinda/sorta picture the transformation. Good for you, hon. Losing weight is pretty much the best thing you can do for your health (and Lord knows I struggle with weight, myself). I know I keep saying it, but I mean it - keep up the good work!
