I did not write this, and the source is very silly...

But it works.

I wanna thank you for
all the trust and devotion
Thank you for the good times
For your love
Love as deep as any ocean
Though for a while we may go separate ways
I know nothing can come between us
Oh, No matter what people say

Say you will remember my love
Say you never will lose sight of
the light we found to guide us
Say you will remember my love
Call me any lonely night, love
You know I'm on your side

Well all around the world
people looking for someone
to have and belong to
Everyone
needs a love to hold on to
And when you find someone, you'll open your eyes
to the beauty that's all around you
Oh, and I'm So happy I found you, love

Say you will remember my love
Say you never will lose sight of
the light we found to guide us
Say you will remember my love
Call me any lonely night, love
You know I'm on your side

Lemme try this again.

I woke up Monday with all the lights still on. My fear of the dark is waning a bit, but it's still really unnerving to me. Right now my lamp is off, but everything else is on. The living room is dark, but not pitch black. The bedroom is off, but the doors are closed so it doesn't matter if they're on or off. Hopefully I'll get back to sleeping in the night with the lights off soon.

Deener came over soon afterwards, and we went out and grabbed a movie or three, some kolaches, and a pizza. Yes, Kolaches and a pizza. And donuts. :)

So we sat down, and I started to fix myself some tea...then realized I had frozen it solid. AGAIN. That's three tmies in the last thirty days....

Liquid TV was a remarkable TV show, one of the few animation showcases I really liked. What a Cartoon Show is good, but it's very juvenile compared to Liquid TV. Not to mention, I love the Aeon Flux stories. I was kinda disappointed there wasn't any DogBoy story, but there was enough Crazy Daisy Ed to make up for it.

The next short tape we got was Star Wrek. IT was pretty decent claymation, but it hurt my eyes. Claymation that moves WAY too much bugs me.

Next up was Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. It's a horror movie masquerading as a Children's Movie...and in that perverseness lies the joy. With just a LITTLE tweaking in the direction you'd have a Tim Burton Nightmare to end all nightmares. It gets really close with the whole rowboat scene. FUNK-KEE. And I love the mantra he sings while everyone is freaking out. Next time you watch that movie, look in the background for some disturbing shots.

You know, there's a small cult erotic following over Violet Beauregard...and I swear, wwhoever makes a "Wonka's Willy and the Chocolate Factory" will make a killing on those inflation fetishts alone. :)

After all this, I played a few rounds of Capcom VS SNK 2. Ah, such a lovely game. And afterwards, I packed up the closet and bedroom. Having someone else in the house at all made me so much happier. I wasn't paranoid, or scared at every sound, because Deener was with me.

Deener had planned from day one to use the computer all night long and stay over, and this night, all the lights came off, because I KNEW there was someone else in the house. It was a wonderful feeling, sleeping with complete and total safety, knowing that the fact that someone else was there in the house made it more secure. I slept like a baby.

He had gone to work when I woke up, leaving me some of the donut holes he bought last night. I spent most of the day updating my web page, adding pages here, links there. No it's still not updated. I'm thinking it'll be Friday before I finish with it, especially since I'm adding over 200 links to the Clickorama. Oh, and I have a Random Link again! WOO!

I finally felt up to taking another walk (yes, it took TWO WEEKS for my blisters to heal), and got me another blister. I can't win for losing. However, I found some creepy overgrown alleys worthy of exploring on a bike tomorrow. I really like flying on a bike through wooded bike paths. State College had these BEAUTIFUL paved paths through the woods, connecting all the parts of Penn State with other more distant parts. (By more distant, I mean several MILES). Wonderful wonderful stuff. We have bike paths here in Austin, but they're just marked pavement on major roads - no thanks.

Aadroma helped me make a Chinese name for myself (before it was "Agate Shards"). I came up with "Precious Child of Peace," While he managed to come up with "Truth and Beauty." It sure beats "Precious Rainbow Attack" :)

I then spent the remainder of the evening playing old BASIC games I found on an abandonware site. :) Ah, the old days of really bad ASCII art, and 16 color text.

I'm gonna try to sleep in my bed with the lights off tonight. Wish me luck. :) Tomorrow, I'm gonna do some biking, some packing. My days sure are exciting, ain't they?

BTW, I really like the new Jabberjaw video running around Cartoon Network at 5AM. :)
