"WHO BUYS A COMPUTER WITHOUT A MODEM?!" "Appearantly you did."

Cust said he sys is causing him to turn red and making him ache all over. We have replaced themonitor once already and it is doing the same thing. Cust said he purchased a lead screen filterwhich deflects the radiation down towards his kneeat about a 30 degree angle. He said he could feel the radiation in his knees. Cust said he put film packages on his knees to keep this from making hisknees ache. The film packages were like Kodak film.

He stated that before he sends the system in he will be having some one scan his system and the enviroment around with a "TRIFIELD METER" and thathe would video tape the results in order to be able to document the activity that he has stated is taking place as well as be able to pass the results to us. The cust is also planning of supplying a complete video tape of his home and the enviroment the system is located in. Lastly the cust wanted to have documented that the issue seems that whenever he uses the computer his hands seem to "GET COOKED" thus the blue coloration as if they had been bruised. Also stated that it seemed that his hand would fill with some sort of fluid that caused severe swelling and also made his bonematter very pliable and allowed him to manipulate his joints in odd ways. finally the cust wanted tohave the fact that he had built a cabinet lined with lead to try to resolve these issues and had also purchased a lead screen to also stop any radiation emmiting from the front of the monitor.

Cust is complaining that there is an energy feild being emmited by the system. He has also claimed that this field has njured and can be felt by anyone that comes to his home an attempts to use the computer. The cust just wants dell to help him figure out how he can sit at the system without being injured. Have instructed that i did not knoe how to get him st the system without him being affected by the field. Did inform the cust that I will research and call him back. After informing him that I would research the issue and call him back he informed me of the injuries he recieved and thesteps that he has taken to resolve the issue. The cust claims that at one time he placed his hand in front of the monitor and his hand turned blue and it filled with some fluid. Also after this event took place he was able to bend his finger sideways as well as his bones and joints hurt. According to the cust this injury took 8 months to recover from. The cust stated that in order to resolve the issue he has gone as far as building a lead lined cabinet around the computer and also around the monitor and he dtated that what ever type of field this is goes right throught that. Again I informed him that I would research and give him a call back.

Did I mention I'm looking into a new line of work? :)
