Second piece of art for the AWFW 2nd Anniversary gallery came in, this time from Hibiki Hibiki Takami who draws Xanny's Curse. A sorta-kinda TG comic.

I really dig Xanny's Curse because it's not really someone who is TG. It's about Xanny, a character who died EXACTLY 50% between good and evil. So the fates give him a second chance and pop him back a few years of his life and switch his genders as part of reevaluating his life.

The main reason I like this story, among the other TG comics (they keep coming!) is that Xandy really hates what has happened, and isn't acclimating well. Sparkling Generation Valkyrie Yuuki has a boy turned into a girl against his will, but it doesn't really explore the idea of Yuuki having to shift over into the world of women, which Xanny does. I like stuff like that. That is something I hope to explore in Closetspace as well, and not from someone you'd expect.

Unfortunately, Hibiki has popped back to page 1 and is redrawing the comic...so, while I got a "sneak preview" of the story, now I have to wait for something I haven't seen. :P (That's okay, I'd do it to if there weren't 100+ strips behind me)
