Today has been a day filled with...well...junk.

Began with a meeting with my company, for what I'm hoping is my last project with them. Dimensionality has always been a source of frustration with me. We were always on JUST on the edge of something good, but it never materialized. After this last project was announced, I realized I simply don't have time anymore, what with work and two comics. Dimensionality looks good career wise. But my comics are more fulfilling. Both make the same amount of money.

From there, I printed my own application for employment. I'm not so happy with that since it's draining some already critical funds, since I don't have my own printer. But, he asked me to do it, so I did.

Got home to sit back and watch the Super De Duper Last Episode REsolving the Massive Cliffhanger of the Entire Season of Big O...only to find they showed Episode #20. I wasn't happy about that. But, hey, mistakes happen. The broadcast list prolly said "Episode #26" but that 6 was written sloppily and it looked like a 0. So we got episode 20.

I immediately got on the Adult Swim message boards to watch the fireworks...they didn't dissapoint. Lots of "ADULT SWIM ARE A BUNCH OF ####" and "I'm never watching AS again, and boycotting their products!" It's an important episode, yes. It's the last one of the series, yes. It's not the end all and be all of the Universe.

What I wasn't prepared for was the fact that the Adult Swim producers had a webcam up for their Halloween party AS Adult Swim was starting. They weren't watching their own show, and never figured out the wrong episode got sent out to the broadcast offices. It took a party crasher to let them know. They found out what happened, mentioned they'd try to fix it by next Sunday (working around the new Family Guy episode). But the fireworks just kept going, especially as the William Street guys got a little more...inebriated. :)

The message board got uglier and uglier, especially once the 2AM rerun was ALSO episode #20. The Williams Street webcam response was "We're working on it for next week" then "It's So-and-sos fault" then "Dude, the boards are NOT cool right now" ad finally the party mooning the webcam.

The posters were LIVID. But they got what they deserved for going on and on and on and getting MIGHTY personal.

I can't wait to see the RIGHT Big O.

Job interview at 1:30. Wish me luck.
