Just a quick little note that the state of politics right now makes me sick. You'll prolly not hear another political peep out of me till the Big Day.

This weekend was mostly wasted. I left my wallet at work with all my licenses and info in it, so I had to keep driving down to a minimum. Saturday was comic day, Sunday and Moday were Clean the House days.

Next weekend will be a big one as we move into our new two bedroom apartment. It'll be nice to have a mess around me again that's mine. I may even get my aquarium back and have a real desk again! I'e been living out of boxes for far too long.

#100 of AWFW is coming up. I waned to close out this chapter with number 100, but it looks like #101 will be the last episode of Apotheosis. Unless I have the time to do a 9 panel comic. No promises.

The shadow ogre has been pushed back from Apotheosis and Bursting Point, prolly won't see it until Impure Heart. I had several designs made up for him, wasn't pleased with any of them till today, when I saw Der Golem today. Der Golem is a 1920s silent movie about the Jewish Myth of the Golem created by Rabbi Loew. Watching the actor (and director, and writer) moving around as the Golem gave me some great insight as to how a rock-man would move, some design notes (Big Head, Bigger chest, solid but much smaller legs).

I'm also thinking about making the shadows elemental. We'd have the rocky shadow ogre, the regular shadows who are based on flame, and the no-legged air shadows (although I will make them more wispy from here on out) and maybe a Shadow Slime/Water Shadow.

BTW, Yukub Kakix is an demon in the Mayan Hero Twin stories. :)
