Congratulations, Jenn, on your 70 pound weight loss (possibly, more...haven't checked in the last weeks or so). Congratulations on seemingly putting the diabetes in remission. Now's a good time to lay down some rules for your continued weight loss and health:

1) You're still diabetic. It's never cured. It goes into remission, but never goes away. Remember your family and what diabetes has done to them. Relax - but keep on it.

2) Keep with the fish food. Keep it under 600 calories a meal, 21g fat and 45g of carbs. No more than 60g. This is keeping the weightloss going. Feel free to snack when you're hungry, and especially if you're lightheaded, but no more than 15g. And ONLY when you're hungry and/or lightheaded.

3) Weekends - give yourself one good meal each day, whatever you want, and to hell with the calorie and carb count. The other four meals, whatever you want, but keep to the numbers.

4) Check your numbers one hour after any meal you don't make yourself.

5) Walk 30 minutes every day at work. Try to walk on your days off, but don't worry about it.

6) Let's aim for 100.
