Something I forgot to mention (which isn't hard seeing as I wrote the Friday and Saturday and Sunday entries on a plane into a cellphone). In between the time I got to the hotel room and picked up Emily, I grabbed some quick eats at a Wendy's. Yes, I broke my cardinal rule - never eat anywhere on a vacation where you can have the same thing at home. But I was hungry, and didn't have much time to seek out a non-chain alternative. Glad I did though. I got an honest to goodness half dollar coin in change!

salamanders reminded me, pretty much everything I listed as doing on Wednesday at her house was done on Thursday instead. The movies and TV shows. So, um, we're going to PRETEND it happened Wednesday and then the stuff we REALLY did on Wednesday will appear as being done on Thursday. If it's confusing as to why I'm doing this, just ask Doctor Who. He'll explain it.
By the way, now I that I've seen the first season of "Corner Gas," I'm totally hooked. Wonder if they'll Americanize it up, change all the loonie references to dollars, and add a laugh track. God I hope not.
By the way #2 - ebay accepts Canadian Tire money. Dude....
