This shift sleeping thing is a good idea...for the first few days. The longer you push it, the harder it gets to wake up, although once you're awake, you're awake.

I think it has to do with me not getting a full 8 hours "in total." Seems to take some time to actually go to sleep. I know one time this week it took me a full hour to finally drop off (I went to bed at 3, heard my phone chime at 4). Maybe I need to add 30 minutes to each nights sleep.

The stomach thing has mostly gone away. I think it just took time for it to get used to being fed at odd hours. Maybe it was the breakfast Chicken Vindaloo. :9

Man, I want some Chicken Vindaloo now...
