This amount of sunlight at this time should be TOTALLY ILLEGAL.
Update - what a huge difference:
On the longest day of the year, sunrise in Austin is at 6:29AM and sunset is 8:37PM. Total of 15h 6m of sun. Seattle, on the other hand gets sunrise will be 5:11AM and sunset will be 9:10PM for 16h 20m of sun. Whole hour and 15 minutes more.
