Already had my interview for the promotion. Went mostly well, couldn't tell what they were thinking though. I know the core materials from Globex. Cons: I don't have training for their major product line or how either one handles TCP/IP. Also, this is quite a jump up, L2 kind of position, so those trainng issues, and my Globex ring rust might be deal breakers.

Not trying to be down on myself...just being realistic.
