Worrisome. Three pounds of weight loss, nausea, and (slightly) elevated blood sugar. Let's keep checking those numbers all day, okay Jenn?

100 fasting blood sugar, which is a bit high, but not dangerous. 105 an hour after breakfast which is normalish. Still feeling nauseated....
