Oct. 14th, 2011 01:05 pmWith my tortillas finally coming out , I now know how to make everything I love fomr my mother's recipes. All that's left to learn is menudo, caldo and tamales...
...but...
...I actually don't like any of those. Should I learn them for completedness and tradition's sake?
Hmmm....
Correction: I love menudo (the food, not the band), but the recipes for caldo and menudo are huge, and for feeding a millions in one batch.
