"Its cold. I'll wear some leggings. Skirt over that. This crushed velvet top looks warm. Boots look better than sneakers...wow I look nice!"

The moral of the story: If you want Jenn to look nice, make it freaking cold.

Very old habits die very hard. I was talking with one of my coworkers when I noticed her earrings. My first thought: "I should finally get my ears pierced." Second thought: "What will people think?!?!"

I've been out of the closet since 1997. You'd think I'd be out of this mindset after all those years.
