Had a night where the depression overpowered the antidepressants. My awesome roomie, Liz, did this to cheer me up. The reverse says "Carrie Says 'Keep your chin up!' --Liz"

Pharmacist: "We're missing some information on your file...are you a smoker?"
Jenn: "No."
P:"Drink alcohol?"
J:"No."
P:"Currently pregnant?"
J:"...thank you."

Been kinda quiet lately. Seems that my mood has dipped to a low point over the last week or so.

My new antidepressants are finally in. They were to help with the weight gain I got on the old Venlaflaxine. I'm now on ones dad is on, and he didn'tr gain any weight on them. Hopefully I can get my weught back down.

I'm also hoping they keep my moods from dipping so low occasionally. Now that I know the signs of when I'm depressed, it's easy to see them. Just hard to do anything about it.
