DicJennAry: "Sacred Trust." Phrase. The promise made by females to allow transwomen into female-only spaces in exchange for your promise that you will not abuse it. Almost never granted at first, it is tough to earn, often unspokenm and can shatter at even the slightest suspicion of impropriety. Should never be taken for granted, and never assumed. A break in that trust can destroy careers, create negative stereotypes or even incite violence. Occasionally, a break is forced maliciously to keep transwomen out of those spaces.
