Taking a beating at work today. You're calling tech support for a reason: you need help. If you're calling to feel superior by immediately telling me my steps won't work and you're going to fix it yourself, you need a different kind of help than I can give.

Have had the urge to write all day. Nice thing about chat support is it keeps that urge going, even if its work. Think I have a book chapter in me tonight.
