(no subject)

Todays roadtrip plans have hijacked by my patents with the dreaded words "let's all go with you." Already there's been an argument about how my mom does budgeting, an incredibly over complex workaround so mom can get a nickle off gas at her beloved Walmart, a last minute bathroom visit which took a long while and we've moved exactly nowhere in the two hours we meant to leave. I also know that when the dreaded words are spoken I will not get where I was going.

I love my parents dearly, and it was my dad who instilled a love of roadtrips in me, but they also instilled a love of doing them alone. XD
