The downside to doing The Vault Project is that once everything is written down, there's very little room for improvisation. And improv has made for some of my best storylines (Abaddon, Carrie's social phobia)
One of the things I did, just before I left NOA, was write Reggie a very heartfelt eMail about the good people in our department. I wonder if he got it.
