Just got in the door.
First day good.
Got lead on another apartment in Hyde Park.
Met amw for the first time in almost 20 years(!)
Spent all day showing her around Austin.

Phone has become completely unreliable. Shut itself off overnight, turning my alarm clock off on the process. Woke up with ten minutes to get out of the house. No shower, dressed badly, stress high.
