I thought I knew the Hill Country. I didn't know squat. I've never been on FM 337 between Medina and Camp Wood. It's quite possibly the most lovely and hilly terrain in the entire Hill Country. Pics tomorrow. Maps today: http://goo.gl/maps/2fepX

Uhg...my camera died on me halfway through the trip. Took pics with the phone camera. They're horrible quality. :(

I've uploaded 9 images to my website's picture gallery of the Hays County portion of yesterday's massive roadtrip. More counties will be added as I process the pics: http://www.dolari.net/pics/index.php/jennshillcountryhomecoming2013/hayscounty

Four images uploaded to the Comal County part of the roadtrip (I only cut through the northern tip of the county). http://www.dolari.net/pics/index.php/jennshillcountryhomecoming2013/comalcounty

Twelve pictures added to Kendall County's page of yesterday's roadtrip. My good camera's battery ran out in Boerne, and I forgot my charger...the phone was my primary camera for the rest of the trip...and it didn't do that good a job. I've tried to clean them up as best as I could.

Three pictures added to Blanco County's page of yesterday's roadtrip. Again, just ran through the southern tip of the county.

Eleven pics have been uploaded for the Bandera County segment of the Massive Roadtrip. Including some incredible views towards the end.

Five Images uploaded to Real County...which kind of sucks. FM 337 in Real County is quite possibly one of the most scenic beautiful roads in the whole Hill Country. The problem? It's a tiny two lane road hugging a mountain on one side, and a sheer cliff on the other. No place to pull off and take pics. I did manage a few, but with the crappy phone resolution, weren't worth posting.

Eleven pics uploaded to Edwards County, the second to last one. Light was getting dim, and storms were forming. Rocksprings was way smaller than I thought it'd be, but it's large enough to be the headquarters for the Texas Mohair Weekly (seriously!)

The Final County of the roadtrip: Kimble. That last pic came out wonderfully despite the phone camera. http://www.dolari.net/pics/index.php/jennshillcountryhomecoming2013/kimblecounty
