(no subject)

I've had ten days away from work. I drove 1200 miles across the Hill Country. I've done this in the company of a good friend who shared her time with me. I've refreshed, renewed, and even feeling artistic, finally.

But as of last Thursday, the growing dark of having to go back to work has been sitting in the back of my head, putting a damper on my "recovery." With some weekends to myself coming up, at least now I can renew the job search, and try to get out of that hell.

Who knows. Might even do a comic. :)

The recent all day visit to Fredericksburg with Tess suddenly had me wanting to do a ”Rick Steven's Europe” type web show for the Texas Hill Country.

At the very least, it has me wanting to do more all-day trips into the towns around here.
