Every had one if those days where you aren't sure you actually woke up?

On my way in to work I swore I heard that ringing tone you heat when you call someone. Later on alone in the elevator,I swore I heard someone talking about a conference call with that fuzzy phone filter sound. Coming back from lunch I heard a busy signal.

Weirdness.
