So the last two trips have reminded me that every park out here costs cash. Usually I don't stay at a place long enough for what they're asking for (i don't really spend a lot of time at parks, just visit for a bit and move on) or visit too often (which becomes expensive), so I got a gift for myself (while I could): a Discover Pass and an America the Beautiful Pass. That covers EVERYTHING out here.

At this point, all I need to worry about when visiting all these parks is just getting there. :)

I got the "Man Fear" look today...the look someone gives me when they've been hurt badly by a man, and fear I may do the same to them, because I look male.

I understand and sympathize where it comes from. But at the same time, it cuts deep.

Sometimes I think I should try harder to look feminine, at the very least to put other women around me at ease...but the more I try, the less feminine I end up looking.
