Nothing like wasting most of your day off in bed with a migraine.

If I feel better around dinertime I think I'm gonna have some self care with a nice dinner or something.

I don't get migraines very often, but when I do, they're usually mild.  Today, though, this migraine had me laid up in bed for at least six hours after I woke up.  It's ebbed away, but even now, almost twelve hours after I woke up, I still have a slight headache.  And I've felt cold and weakish all day.

It kind of scared me - I've never had a migraine that's laid me up for so long before, and never felt cold before.  Hopefully, it'll go away by tomorrow - or I'm going to have to take the day off, which I really can't afford.

Crystal​ took care of me though, even though it was her day off.  She's good folk.
