Dec. 14th, 2015 12:41 pmWith the new Star Wars movie coming out later this week, a lot of people are rescreening the original movies. And that's awesome, especially if you can find the Non-Special Editions.
But...I'm gonna suggest you try your Star Wars a different way. The Radio Plays. The Star Wars radio plays aren't just retellings of the movies, but have a ton more info and background behind them. And, honestly, I think they're better acted than the movies (Vader's confession to Luke is FREAKING AMAZING).
So, if you're going to rescreen the movies, put them aside for right now, and give the radio plays a try:
