Aug. 7th, 2017 12:30 amSo, yeah, it wasn't until about 11PM that my brain funk finally cleared. Just in time for bed.
Lately, I find myself fried more and more in the afternoons. Mornings I can usually get up and go...but about mid afternoon my body tells me "Nap, or die."
If I nap on my breaks, I'll get 10 minutes of rest, wake up and be wobbly for a for minutes then be okay. But the brain fog creeps in about 3 or so, and by 4 my brain is scrambling to just remember words.
All day today, I just felt mentally exhausted. Once I came home, i went straight to my bedroom and essentially lived in a hazy fog until 11PM. Then it started to clear.
Now I'm wide awake despite being bedtime, but that's just how it goes with me. In bed when i'm not tire, wake up and be completely tired.
But, honestly, if I slept and woke up when my body wanted it, I'd be asleep at 8AM and wake up at 4PM. When I did that, I felt amazing.
