Feb. 18th, 2018 12:47 amChanging up my diet a bit, mainly because I'm tired of just eating Beef/Chicken/Pork with spices over and over again. This time, it's still very low carb and a little light on the calories, but there's now a mix of portion control and ingredient control.
Current goal is not to get above 130 instead of below 99 (although if it happens, yay!). But if I DO get below 99, extra carbs for that meal. I am adding my 15g carbs before bed, though, since I'm bottoming out overnight. Probably because I'm restricting everything pretty tight.
Reward system, you know.
