So, while the six month wait and 24 hours without food, and complete lack of communication was a gigantic waste...the fifteen minute consultation came with a satisfactory (and quick) diagnosis for one of my issues. Matched all my symptoms, and I was okay with the diagnosis. No new medications, just "eat better, lose weight, sit up straight."
