As of about twenty minutes ago, I'm no longer working for Tableau Software. Amicable separation, lots of hope I can come back at a lower (or different) level. Consensus: We were all put in a bad situation that was untenable.

My two big leads on work fell through at the last minute, so I actually have nothing to move on to like I'd hoped for before. If you feel I'd be a good fit at your place, let me know.

Plans from here out? Next week is Thanksgiving...I'm going to take that week off as it were. Just relax, take it easy, and honestly, heal. Black Friday we begin the job search in earnest.

Job searches take time and involve a lot of waiting. So, to pass the time, I'm taking my nights back. That means creativity again. I'm hoping to get a backlog of comics done, and work on my novels.

I have a lot of savings and credit tucked away. I'm good for a long time if I'm frugal.

Apparently, according to a Mapou Tofu lover, I was given bad Mapou Tofu. My like or dislike of said dish has been reset to "Don't know."
