It's been over a year since Covid started, and things have kind of stabilized in the US when it comes to supplies. I'm finally starting to burn through the three weeks frozen supply I've kept up over the year.

I fully expected a year ago for supply lines to dry up, and while they took a serious dip for a while there, they're back up to normal here (of all things I had trouble getting, some meats for a week or two, eggs around easter and I STILL cant' get Diet Barq's anywhere).

I'll still keep up my MRE supply, since that's is true emergency ration stuff, but I've now split my Bug Out bag (since I doubt society is going to collapse) into "Emergency Stuff I'll Need In My Car" and "Stuff I Need In An Evacuation" in a bag.

I don't think Covid is going to end, honestly. Not with all the variants, and I think it's going to become something like a very serious flu situation, where you'll need a vaccine every year or you'll get very ill/die. But I do think society has rebounded a bit from "Close everything, shut it all down" and don't need too worry too much about emergency survival situations. Just keep stuff safe "just in case."
