My plan for the new apartment is to have three computers doing certain functions in my house.
Basically, the bedroom will have my laptop ("Nayru"), so I can use it there, or take it with me to the kitchen/living room/what have you. It's not a powerhouse and usually acts as a "portal" to the other machines, so it's good for that.
I do want a PC in the Art Office for working on art and streaming, and a PC in the living room for playing movies and being a file server. But which machines should I put there.
"Din" is an older gaming machine and struggles with some games under Linux. It plays videos (even 4K video) just fine, though.
I'd like to get a super powered machine that plays games and streams fine.
Thing is, I can put Din in the living room for movies and file service. And the new Super Powered PC (Probably "Farore") in the art room, where I'll do art and streaming games.
The downside - I like playing games on my bigger TV, which'll be in the living room, and Din struggles with that.
So, should I put the Super Powered PC in the art room, or living room, and Din in the other rooms?
