(no subject)

Been thinking a lot about the ten years I spent at NOA working to get hired on past a glorified temp and trying not to get mad about it. I try to remember that NOA gave me way more opportunities than anywhere else I've ever worked and for that, I'm grateful.

Downside is no one outside of NOA cared for any of the skills I gained from it because all they see is "Twenty five years of answering phones" and put me right back on the phones.
