Jun. 8th, 2022 02:18 pmSo...as part of the Great Reset, I've finally decided to write The Book of Xand as a free story. Some of you who have known me forever, know this story, and how big and spwaling it is, having been gestating since freaking 1987.
Why has it been sitting so long? I was 13 in 1987, and the story wasn't very mature. And once it became mature, I realized the foundation of the story was kind of offensive (I was deep into Chariot of the Gods in 1987, which let me tell ya, doesn't put a lot of faith in Native Americans).
I think I've found a way around that that still allows the other 95% of the story to work while not being offensive. Plus...I'm not getting any younger, and this 35 year old story needs to be told.
(The Many Lives of Genevieve is STILL being worked on, but I'm hoping for that to be an actual book)
